HEATED MIRROR GLASS WITH BACKING PLATE ATTACHED
This item is HEATED mirror glass only. It does not have auto-dimming feature. MINIs of these model years do have different mirror sizes and options such as auto-dimming or heated that affects the size, format and electrical connectors of the mirror glass. As a result It is IMPERATIVE to check offered item pictures and electrical connector type and size 6 1/2 inch = 16.5 cm against the glass size on vehicle to make sure ordering proper fit for your application. This item has only 2 prong connectors for heat. Please contact us - prior to your order, if you need to identify correct option for your vehicle.

SIDE: LEFT / RIGHT
Left mirror glass is for US / Canada driver side.
Flat Driver Side - Left Side mirror has to be FLAT as per highway safety acts in effect in both US and CANADA for passenger cars. Some passenger cars, SUVs and trucks may have a small spot convex mirror in the corner or top or bottom of the glass but the main mirror is Flat on the driver side.
Right mirror glass is for US / Canada passenger side.
Convex Right Side - Passenger Side mirror for modern passenger cars is a convex mirror and has to be engraved with the insignia OBJECTS IN MIRROR ARE CLOSER THAN THEY APPEAR as per highway safety acts in effect in both US and CANADA. Small spot mirrors are also convex.
